Change profitability segment with BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

Hi all,

How can I set a value in field profitability segment at Account assignment tab in SO item detail using bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 ?

Hi Fil

As far as I know, Profitability segment is derived from certain configuration settings in CO.Mostly it is based on profit center and other value fields from Pricing or customer and material master data.So you cannot set directly the profitability segment,but you can have discussion with CO consultant regarding the determination logic he has configured and then can set those fields sothat proficatbility segment gets properly determined.

Mostly profit center is also determined from material master data.

We do not have profit centers.

Is there any flag that has to be enabled at pricing conditions of bapi structure to enable profit. segment determination?

Problem solved.

I've customized the CO-PA result determination at t-code KEKE.
