Unable to refresh cache contents

Hi

I want to do cache refresh.. in SXI_CACHE ...i am getting the following errors.

1. Unable to refresh cache contents

2. Error during last attempt to refresh cache..

can u please explain me why this error occurs and how to resolve these

Check the RFC destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and test the connection. Also refer to the guide:
