Question in credit management

Hi Please find the below questions

1. How the system knows if the credit limit of the customer exceed , or when we release in vkm3 , the system performs the avialiability check.

2. How to check the output for credit management (KRML) i.e in order and delivery.

3. I have a scenario say credit limit of the customer RS . 100, if i create a order where net value < 100 ,say 80 , one output should get trigger to customer as Emails where the it has give the information as your credit limit is 20.

if the net value >= 100 say 120 , the out put should get triggered and it has to give the information as you credit limit is exceeded of Rs 20.

Pls request you to reply with suitable solution.

Hi Gopi,

1) When you activate your credit management then you have to give the credit limit for the customer in T-code FD32.

So system continuously check credit limit for the customer and shows in FD32.

You can also see the sales summary for anu customer in VC/2.

2) Question not cleared.

3) Better go for development in that case, Use some userexit and complete the task.
