SUS Purchase Order Confirmation

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7.0, PPS and ECC 6.0 EP4.

Extended Classic scenario, and using the MM-SUS Scenario.

We are having an issue with SUS not sending the Purchase Order confirmation to ECC. The PO is received successfully in SUS and confirmed in the SUS Portal by the Supplier, but the PO confirmation message is not going out from SUS to XI and ECC.

We are able to see the BUS2232 (SUS PO confirmation) document in BBP_PD, but sxmb_moni in SUS is not having any outgoing PO confirmation messages.

Please let me know if any one faced the same issue and possible resolutions.

HI SCOTT,

I just faced the same issue last week.

Pl check if the Event Schema is defined for transaction type PO confirmation and SUS invoice.Else maintain the following entries.

Go to SRM IMG>SRM Server> Cross Application Basic settings> Event and Event Schema for Alert Management>define events.

SUS PO Confirmation

ASN_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED : The Deadline for Sending a Shipping Notification for a Confirmed Purchase Order has Expired

CONF_FOR_PO_NOT_CREATED : Following Performance of a Service, the Service Entry was not Created on Time

ERROR_OCURRED : An Error has Occurred

SENT : SENT

SUS Invoice

ERROR_OCURRED : An Error has Occurred

INVOICED : INVOICED
