VA03 - how to print out sales order - remaining qty?

If you have partial shipments on sales orders, how can you print the sales order which will show the balance?

eg. Your sales order qty is 10,000, you have partially shipped 4,000. The order qty left is 6,000...but when you re-print the sales order it still shows up as 10,000?

actually just searched through the forum

am i to go into > sales area data >shipping

then change settings

Partial delivery per

Max. partial deliver

??

It better to assign an Output Type with the Delivery Type & take a Print out of Partial Delievry.As it is not possible to get a print out of Partially Delivered Quantity from an Order.

How do you assign output type with delivery type?

Go to NACE > Select Application V2 > Condition Records > Output Type LD00 > Select Key Combination Sales Org / Delivery Type.

Now go to VL02N > at the Header --- select Issue Delivery Output.It will give you the Print Preview.
