Dear Experts,
Can we have Multiple Appropriation Requests (AR) in single Project?
i.e. Multiple ARs giving data (plan cost,etc) to create different WBS elements in one Project?

It's possible.
Multiple ARs to Multiple WBS in single project is possible, but only for TOP WBS Elements.
