Install ERP 6.0 / Database Instance / import / REPOSRC

At the phase when I import REPOSRC I got this error

When I check REPOSRC log, I get this

What could be wrong?

I read somewhere to try ... about ... 20 times ...

and at the end was finished the import. I don't know why...
