SAP SD Pricing Condition record download and upload

Hi,

I am in position to download all the condition record (close to 10 condition types) from quality environment and to upload to Production enviornment.

Can any body help me

A) is there any standard SAP program thro which i can download and upload condition records?

B) If no program available, is there any option i can down load to excel sheet ( all condition records with value and validity) and manually type in production enviornment

Hi,

Let's take your requirements one by one.

There is a way of doing this using Pricing reports. It depends on the access sequence you have maintained for pricing.

You can check all existing pricing reports by using Tx: V/LD. Check whether you can use any standard reports given there to display all your condition records.

If not you can create a new Pricing report using Tx: V/LA as well.

To learn on how to create a pricing report refer my post on below link.

Once your get the output, use below Menu option.

List -> Save -> File

Select "Spreadsheet" option and download it to Excel.

Hope that will answer your first question.

Since you have a download option (As mentioned above) you don't have to worry.

To upload best method is to create a LSMW.
