SRM table for backend PO & PR no. in Classic scenario

Former Member

Hi All,

We are in classic scenario.

I need the table/view name which stores the PR and PO no. created in the backend system.

I could find different view names for PO,PR nos. from BBP_PD but is there any single table/view which stores this data ?

Any other table names will help.

regards,

Sambit

Hi Muthu,

Thanks for replying.

I had checked the table but in this case I could only find the PR nos. associated not the PO nos. I think it stores only the SRM POs not the backend POs because "Backend obj. type" BUS2201 doesnt return any values.

Any suggestions ?

BACKEND BUSINESS OBJECT

BUS2012 - PO IN THE BACKEND

NOT SRM BUSINESS OBJECT

Thanks again for the quick response.

Actually in our system our shopping carts create PR in R/3 backend and based on the PR details a job converts them to a PO. The PO is a "standard PO" not an "EBP PO" in the backend.

So the check with BUS2012 did not return any values. Any ideas ?

BUS2105 - PR

you can always double confirm your backend business objects in SWO1 in ECC

Muthu,

Appreciate your speedy response.

I found your answers helpful. Though the table didnt meet the requirement I have awarded you the points as it was helpful.

I'm not sure why but the BBP_PDBEI table should fetch the data when Bus. object type BUS2012 as suggested by you. But it only fetches the SRM POs created directly not the R/3 standard POs. I mean the table fetches "EBP PO" document type not the "R/3 PO" created directly in the R/3 backend system.

Thanks,

Sambit

yes. Only i may bring backend PO infor to SRM via confirmation.

for eg. i can do confirmation in SRM for ECC created PO .

that time reference will be there

I believe BBP_PDBEI table only creates the backend document that is created from SC. So, if the SC created PO, you should see PO number in thsi table. However, if the SC created a PR in the backend, this table maintains PR number..

SG is correct

but he can see in bus2203 (confirmation

) bbp_pd and for backend PO reference created by ECC system without help of SRM.
