Mileage Details

Hi ,

I have requirement to produce mileage details of employess.

So we want personnel number, trip number, mileage driven , VAT code .I tried PTRV_KMSUM but that is not meeting the requirement.

Kindly let me know , the way by which I can extract this report directly from the table.

If it can be done through ad-hoc query then also please let me know the steps.

Hi,

In PRTE transaction you can see the details.

This uses IMPORT statement to fetch the details from PCL1(TE) table.

Certain information can only be fetched from cluster table using IMPORT statement.
