what kind of enhancements are you really planning. is it
just in the UI or data enhancements as well...
and for which UI ? AWT, Swing, Flash???
if you mean both, then the enhancements being prepared by
MAM might not enough for you. if ever you do not use some
of the functionalities and have to implement only a part
of the business logics, i personally would suggest of
creating your new app. however, there are too many things
at stake when re-developing from scratch - money, time,
resources and so on... on the middleware-side, there might
be a need of redefining your syncbos as well as some customizations
in your backend.
