print BULGARIAN characters in INTERMEC

Dear experts,

We are trying to print BULGARIAN in an intermec printer through sapscript, using printers language eg.

<STX>H4;o60,0;f3;c61;h10;w10;d0,35;<ETX>

Please can you enlighten us in how we are going to print Bulgarian? ??

in a prior request to print greek, we uploaded Greek characters to the printer.

Please help...

Hi Roxani,

Bulgarian characters are contained in the Cyrillic character set like

Russian characters.

In SAP there are two ways to print Cyrillic characters:

1. You can print via a Windows system and device type SAPWIN or SAPWIN5.

In this way, Windows creates the print data and sends the Bulgarian

characters as graphics to the printer.

2. If your printer understands Postscript, you can follow the steps of

the SAP Note 83502 and use device type I5SPOST.

Here you save a Cyrillic Postscript font file on your application

server, which is included into the Postscript data.

Please also have a look at the SAP note 776507 regarding the proper fonts should be used:
