AGATE seems to be crashing regularly, i found the below log from the diagnostic.log file.
A 2010-03-12T09:[agate,sapdiag ] 00, s0227DF40, Could not set RFC context field,
A 2010-03-12T09 [agate,sapxgdk ] 00, s0227DF40, ContAllocAligned: Allocating 24 bytes (8 bytes available) failed, no streaming supported.
I went through the note, Note 733058 - ITS 6.20 Container types, but unable to find any container mentioned in the log file as per the above note. My thought is to try increasing the parameter MaxRfcSize as the error is related to RFC somehow.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Hello, What version and patch of ITS is your system on? The ITS 6.20 should have a number after the ContAllocAligned error message, indicating which container it is. Without the full message it is not possible to know what memory container is being exceeded. The options are:
1. increase a memory container and see it resolves the issues.
2. monitor the ITS ADM instance to catch which container it is.
3. increase the ITS Trace Level to get the container information.
