Deleting mails from SAP Inbox

Hi All,

What is the transaction or report to delete mails from SAP Inbox.

Most mails are notification mails when a Shopping cart has been rejected by an approver.

Hello,

You mean message, not workitem. Any user can delete them himself from the message tab in SRM.

From gui, look for SO* transaction, there are some calling reports, oveview of all employees inbox(SOY5), other to achive mails (SOY8). I don't know any special report to delete mail for a user, but you could find some clue with these transactions (SO*);

Have you tried <b>SWWL</b> (Delete Work Item), you can delete items in the inbox of any agent here.

Yes, I alraedy know SWWL to delete work ietms. I want to delete rejection notification emails lying in requisitioner's inbox.

Any idea?
