WBS Actual Costs

Dear Experts,

I've created a project and i used the T-Code CJR2 for manual cost planning using Cost Element/Activity Inputs, i enterd 8 houres from a specific WBS element, activiti type and cost center for the current period and fiscal year and now i have 1200 USD as a planned costs

my concern is : how can i convert those costs to actual costs "like confirmation for network activities"

Dear:

Define the cost for Activity type and confirm the activity (Hrs) while providing the work center and activity type for the Planned WBS.

So that you can get the actual cost for your WBS.

There are no of ways actual cost can come in Project, More relevant to you scenario is

1.You can use activity allocation transactions like as KB21 etc.

2. Create Work center using combination of Cost center and activity type and create network with activity give work center and hrs there -->confirm hours

However I suggest you to attend PLM 200 course.
