Hi Guys,
In CTM planning ,demands are getting dropped though late demand fulfilment of 60 days is maintained (however the total lead time less than 60). In evalution we get the message No stock found ,product can not be procured , pl let me know ,what setting need to be checked and corrected to avoid this situation.
Thanks and regards
Thamizh
Hi Thamizh,
1) In location product master under SNP2 tab, check
under CTM settings whether demand selection horizon
and order creation frame are maintained
2) Check is there any inconsistencies of stock data etc.,
in system
3) Check the product master data (like ppm, quota, resource
are maintained properly)
4) Check is there any lot size considerations maintained

Hi,
The evaluation explanation is not always correct. The most common cause for skipping demands is unavailability of resource capacity. Pls check on that.
Based on the error message, it says stock does not exist. So question does a stock exist for the product in question here or the dependent products.
The other message Product cannot be procured, what is the procurement type set?
Thanks
Mani
