CCMS Monitor with Mail notification configuration

Hi experts,

Now we are doing the CCMS configuration with mail notification.. but the CCMS monitor can be running with TC: RZ20, but when we test the alter mail, seems system does not active the mail sent job.

Or maybe we doing the wrong way..

Any body of you have such experience, will you tell me how to do this kind of configuration for CCMS monitor with email alter.

I have read the guide and library, but still confused...

I have configured RZ21 to add new sent mail methord and also copy a new monitor MTE from RZ20 and assign this methord to the monitor node. like background job monitor.

Then I have make a test, failed one background job, I can see this failed job from RZ20 but on mail sentout..

Anyone ... any suggestions will be appreciated

Hi Ethern,

Have you configured the SAPConnect on client 000? The emails are sent from client 000 so make sure that SAPConnect is working from it. I would suggest taking a look here:
