hello gurus

How to do settins in customer master that for a particular Distributor(Parent customer) there will be many number of cable operators(Child customer). How to Link Between parent and Child customer.

Hai Zion,

As per your content that business partner should be added to the account of sold to party through the partner functions in the partner determination procedure .

Create the business partner function by using customer in the partner functions assignment and the same to the account group and to the partner determination procedure.

Please check and confirm

Also revert for any clarifications with example .

Hello,

I used Business Partner in this Scenario as BP contains more options than in XD01..... BP contains Tabs like General, company code, sales area, relationship tabs.... But here im not able to Assign my BP to company code as well as sales orgn...

V-12---- Create Customer Hierarchy Nodes

VDH1---- Customer Hierarchy Maintenance (SD)

VDH1N -- Display/Maintain Customer Hierarchy

VDH2 -- Display Customer Hierarchy

VDH2N--- Display customer hierarchy

OVH1--- Hierarchy Type

OVH2--- AcctGrpAssignment

OVH3---- Org.assignments

OVH4---- Hierarchy Pricing

Hi Zion,

Yes, You can link the customer through hierarchy.

For this process, you need to follow the given steps.

Go to T-code OVH3 --> Click at "New entries" --> In feild "Customer hierarchy type" --> give "A Standard Hierarchy" -->

Give your parent customer sales area and child customer sales area. --> Save

After assignment, you need to go to T-code VDH1N --> Chhose "Customer hierarchy type A" --> Give parent customer Customer and Sales area --> Execute --> Click at "Create"

Give your parent customer in "Higher level customer" and child customer in column "Customer"

You can assign as many child customer with the parent customer by this process.
