migration of machine

We have migrated a DB to another machine....

Then we went to the universe designer, imported the universe from the infoview, edited the connection to change the ip address of this universe to the new machine... However when I execute any query (webI, XCelsius, etc) the universe is still pointing out to the old machine...

Do you guys have any idea about what could be causing this issue?

What kind of database are you using? If it is Oracle, you need to change the definition in TNSNAMES.ORA file.

Is the problem there also for new queries which you create with the Universe?

If it is only for existing documents, try to open the WebI doc, click 'Edit Query' and re-execute the query.
