Hi,
We are using SAPGUI 710 version. and win XP sp3
One of our user histories are disabled Single user alone. But history file history.mdb is exist in his machine ..
He didn't delete any history data till now .. i am wondering how it happens for him alone
Please help me to resove this issue...... Thanks in advance

This recently happened to me, and the easy fix was:
Log out of SAP>close the logon pad> In the directory: C:\Documents and Settings\*yourlogonname\SapWorkDir, deleted or rename the file named SAPHistoryyourname*.mdb--> Log back into SAP and start creating history. Your history should start builing now.
