OKCODE CANC not working

Hi,

I'm new at ITS and I'm facing a problem for which I can't find anything related.

I've created a service for Mobile Data Entry transactions (LM*). Everything is ok except when I get to the final screen, the OK button don't return to the previous screen.

It works properly via t-code, but when accessing via web browser (IE or goggle chrome) the okcode "CANC" do not work.

Any clues?

Hello André,

What does happen? You could increase the ITS trace levels and the developer trace level for component webgui (dev_w#) to find more information.

Hi Edgar,

thank you for your reply.

My problem was solved by deleting and creating all templates again.

Somehow, while changing the HTML for some minor changes, the okcode was not returned properly.

When I pushed any button that should return to previous screen the page reloads and do nothing.

This only happens at transaction type screens, at menu type screens there is no problem.

Could you provide me some info about "trace levels"?

Hello André,

For the integrated ITS the trace levels are set in transaction SITSPMON. Then you need to go to SM50 to change the trace level and select WEBGUI component for output to the developer traces (dev_w#).
