How to cancel an idoc in status 64

If you have table updation access then
Go to SE16 --> Table EDIDC --> Give your "IDoc number" --> change the status from 64 to "73 IDoc archived".
Or you can ask to your ABAPer to do that.

some duplicate idocs are there. so user wants to cancel all idocs in status 64 for a given date.

Try to repocress the idocs with RBDAPP01 program the idocs will be posted with 53 status.

Status "64" states Idoc is ready to be transfered to application... why you want to cancel?
If at all you want ....go to WE19------>Reprocess with different data
