Message stuck in receiver system with status scheduled

Dears ,

Several times it happens in our system that when we send message from PI system to SAP system.they get stuck their

with status scheduled.

Then if by sxmb_adm we register and activate queue they get start transfering,otherwise remain in scheduled state.

Please suggest.

You could have forgottent to register your application system queues. Use SMQR transaction and register them.

I registered and activated the queues but I do not know they get deactivated.

Please suggest what could be the reason for queue deactivation.
