Rejected sales order reflecting in MD04

Hello

In our case , the following actives are performed

1. Consignment fill up order is created.

2. It is fully rejected but still confirmed in the sales order is showing with values & also reflecting the same value in available quantity in MD04 for the same sales order line item.

In VBBE table i don't see any entries for this sales order.

Please let me know to correct this error

Kindly refer SAP Note - 25444 and run program SDRQCR21 as per given instructions in note to resolve above issue.

Hi Jganesh,

If your order is fully rejected and system shows that order in MD04 then follow the steps given below.

Go to SE38 --> enter the program "SDRQCR21" --> Execute --> On next screen --> give your material and Plant > Uncheck all the check box> Check only one check box "Data transfer" --> Execute
