Why could not delete Rebate agreement via VBO2?

Dear Experts,

While i trying to delete the rebate via VBO2 by pressing 'Delete' button, it said 'Error creating rebate credit memos(see next warning message)"

Next warning message said "No pricing procedure could be determined".

What we want is just to delete this Rebate agreement from the system. Please kindly advise what needs to be done?

Or if we set the RA validate period into past expired or set 'deletion flag' to all item records will also works the same as 'Deletion'??

Hi Hoo Laa,

I have tried to delete the existing rebate agreement in VBO2 and I successfully deleted that.

But I have change the status of rebate agreement to B Agreement released for settlement and the I press the Icon with three arrows (Create final settlements) that time I encountered to the same problem which you are facing

Error creating rebate credit memos (see next warning message)

Message no. VK304

No pricing procedure could be determined

Message no. V1212

If you want to delete that agreement then change the Agreement Status to BLANK and then try to delete it --> Press Dustbin icon

Please try and revert back with your findings.
