Can any of the Solution Manager scenarios be used to create/modify roles on the satellite system? Say for example the user submits a Service Ticket to solution manager requesting for a role creation / modification on a development system. Can the person who is working on the ticket from Solution Manager create/modify the role on the satellite system (Development) without leaving Solution Manager? And all these changed be documented in the Service Ticket. We are currently running Solution Manager 7.0 with SP 15.

In general
from these service request --> change request is created and using charm functionality you can directly logon to satellite dev system where u perform the changes and transport the same to subsequest qlty and prd systems using ChaRM processUrgent correction or normal correction

In my knowledge only if you have CUA configured and Solman is your Master CUA System.
