Unable to create delivery even though stock is available in MMBE

Hi,

It is giving the following error while doing delivery.

Item 900001:only 0 each from material XXXXXX are available.

Hi,

This situation can arise if there are open deliveries & the stock is reserved for the same.

It will always show that the stock is available in MMBE as the deliveries have not happened .

To ensure that the stock is available please check MD04 stock requirement screen in which you can see the exact status of all the inward & outward movement of that material.

Check whether the sales order stock is confirmed or not.

In the Sales order, check for the requirement getting triggered. It should be a Deivery Requirement (U will find this in procurement tab).

If it is nt there please configure so that you can get the Delivery Requirement. This is in relation with the normal Sales Cycle.

besides, in MMBE check out in which st location as well as Batch stock is maintained..

apart from that also check out batch status in MSc2N..

hopw u will get any clue from there..

do you use full WM? if so please also check whether the storage type is proper for delivering.

Hi

check your storage location and plant ,should be same in order line and delivery.

If you are using special stock such as sales order stock then you ahve to assign material to sales order and line item,then do the availability check again in sales order and then go for delivery.

also check you schedule line and picking configuration as well.

get back if u find any specific issue,

1. Check the stock is there in shedule for delivery in MMBE

2. Pending deliveries exist for the material or not with out doing PGI

If the scenario is not Make to Order and If you have unrestricted stock, but still cannot do delivery at VL01n, then try to give the selection date as 10 days from now in VL01n selection screen. Lots of time, depending on different parameters, this problem appears and we have always overcome it in this manner.

Please check is there any REASON FOR REJECTION assigned for the Sales order.

Please remove it and try.
