Unable to complete PCN

Hi,

We have created a PCN for batch to batch conversion initiated in WM. There is no physical goods movement. Steps we did are;

1. Created PCN LU01

2. Created TO for PCN manually through LT05

Now, the stock is shown as

St type XXX where it is physically available 10 CS

st type 922 BIN- CHANGE -10CS

The TO is confirmed.

What do we do with this -10CS in 922 st type?

When will the new batch of 10 CS available for despatch?

Do I need to create a material document manually in IM?

It is possible to initiate the quality movement either from IM or from WM.

From IM, you need to create a material document using MB1B, a PCN will get created automatically in WM and you can then process it using LT05

Alternately, you can initiate from WM, you will have to use LQ02.

Please note that a PCN is used only when you have movements between stock type (Eg quality to unrestricted etc) . If you want to have a normal batch to batch transfer, then please do the following:

Create a material document with MB1B with 311 / 309 movement, a TO will get generated which can be processed using LT06.
