Developers' access to DEV from CHARM

In our current CHARM setting, coders get into txn:crm_dno_monitor to set the status to "in development".

However coders suddenly cannot log into the DEV system from txn:crm_dno_monitor.

We have checked the connection with all green returns.

Do you know why?

Hi Tina,

You mean to say, developer set the user status to in developement in change transaction or change document and when try to system logon action, logon to devopment fails ?

Check trusted RFC is working for developers, if not assign S_RFC and S_RFCACL authorization objects to developers user in both solman and satellite system.

you can use SMT1, SMT2 trxn to test.

Check the status profile assigned to the corresponding transaction type , Standard status profile need to be maintained for logging on the system from correction.
