I want to change in the current process of attaching invoices to a workflow item for processing (transaction OAWD). Currently the system only caters for the attaching of files in .tiff format .I would like the system to be changed to be able to attach all file formats but most importantly PDF.
Which workflow (standard/custom developed)? How' s the workitem accessed? What UI technology is used?
