Not able to cancel teh Confirmation in SUS

Hi,

We are trying to cancel the Confirmation in SUS.

But we are getting the following error:

"Errors:System status BECN is active (SUS Confirmation 3000135) "

If any of you have faced this before, please help me why we are getting this error.

Also, I am not able to find the message class for this error.

Which SRM version are you using?

Also what is the SUS scenario you are using? i.e. it is a MM SUS scenario or EBP-SUS scenario etc?

Hi Kedar,

We are using SRM 6.0 & Extended classic scenario.

And the SUS I am talking about is EBP SUS.

We have logged into the SUS portal and trying to cancel the confirmation, but this error is not allowing to cancel.

Hi Mani

I don't think you can cancel confirmations from SUS.

We do all our cancellations for SUS orders from Backend.

Pls. check with SAP & do let me know
