Hi gurus,

We are facing some issues after applying SP in our ECC5.0 server.

Details :

SAP R/3 : ECc5.0

Data base : Oracle 10g

I have applied SP upto SAPKB64024, SAPKA64021 and SAPKH50015.

After applyin the above SP one my abaper is getting the issue while

activating a table "mass activatin not yet completed!"

Please let me know how to go ahead, as we have to transport some

changes immediately to Prdoution.

Thanks

VJ

Hi,

Make sure there is sufficient space in tablespace and archive directory. Also, see if the work process available are sufficient. Better you do the SGEN in off peak time preferably at night time when there is no much load on the system.

Vijay, As said by sharath, just monitor the ora arch directory and tablespaces proactively during SGEN.

One other option is execute SGEN for components one by one that way you can execute during business operations as well without hampering the system performance.

Hope it helps.

Redistribution of work processes will also help considerably in decreasing the run time of sgen. Increase the backgroung jobs.

Cheers...
