Hi Friends,
I am getting time out error when I am testing the CC risk analysis RFC. One thiing I monitor here is that when I am changing the parameters to 'YES' in tcode '/virsa/zrtcnfg',this RFC time out is occuring, when I am changing it back to 'NO' it is working fine.
I beleive there is some system perfomance issue or any bottleneck is happenning.
Please check error details of the Rfc below

Hi Satyabrat,
maybe you could check your JCo-Destinations? There is an performance optimizing guide available. I had some timeouts as well - changing the JCo Connection solved my problem.

Hi Mohanty,
Error you are getting might be of following reasons:
1.)Not configuring VIRSA_CC_CONFIG table properly, please apply Note# 999785 - Background Daemon will not Start.
2.)Your adapters are not activated, please apply following Notes.
Note 1060673 - Configuration of SAP Adapter in Compliance Calibrator

Hi Sirish,
My backgroundDaemon is already in status 'Start' and My SAP adapter is also working fine.
But for your information when I am executing the script "select * from virsa_cc_config" I am not getting any entries for configuration, 106, and 107 and value for 105 is blank.

Hi Sirish,
I beleive The SAPnote you are suggesting is applicable if background deamon is not running, but in my case it is runing fine.
My problem is I am getting hung on SOD analysis when saving a user ID in SU01 and at the same time my RFC in background system is throughing time out error for the registered program.
When I am switching the below to 'YES' I am getting the error in RFC in back end system, but when I am switching it to 'No' then The RFC is working fine.
PFCG Plug In
PFCG User Assignment Plug In
SU01 Role Assignment Plug In
SU10 Multiple-user Role Assignment Plug In
I have already check the sapnote 1270413. symptom is same except the last statement i.e .
Technical Info:

Hi Mohanty,
As per your information above, table VIRSA_CC_CONFIG is not configured for parameters '105', '106' & '107'. This is one of the configuration step that needs to be achieved for AC to be successfully functioning.
For your error, this is the first line of verification to make sure the issue is not coming up because of missing parameters in VIRSA_CC_CONFIG table.
Note # 999785 provides instruction on how to update the CONFIG table. Once the table is properly configured we can move on to next step of verification.
Thanks & Regards,
Sirish Gullapalli.
Also follow the naming conventions for SAP RFC and Program ID names mentioned in the following SAP NOTE:
Note 1225960 - /VIRSA/RT_JAVA_RISK_ANALYSIS Error in Risk Terminator
---
SAP Note step 4e (Under 'Technical Settings' tab select radio button 'Registered Server Program' and enter 'Program ID' EXACTLY 10 character (This is compulsary step). And the important thing you have to take care while giving name is that no character in this program id name should be part of 'RFC Destination'' above. Per above 'RFC Destination' name, Program ID should be like 'ABEFHIJKLM' (This is precautionary step)), please change the report program ID to SAP0134679 and try it.
The above information was given in the following SAP Note. Seems it has been deleted.
Note 1145048 - Risk Terminator : bean VIRSA/RT_JAVA_RISK_ANALYSIS not found

Please follow this thread and request BASIS to create the program If you are still getting an error "Program not registered":
To register the program login into the OS level as sudo su - <sid>adm and execute the following command.
(1) rfcexec u2013g<program id> -a<gateway host name> -x<gateway service>
(2) rfcexec u2013D<destination name>
Please confirm with your Basis which one is appropriate in your case.
Thanks
Himadama

Hi,
SAP system ECC6 with SAP HR
VIRSAHR 530_700 0008
VIRSANH 530_700 0010
Just to add more information
It was working fine before some days, When I was trying to update table VIRSA_CC_CONFIG table as per note 999785, by mistaken all the values are updated with wrong values, so again I have manually updated each row with the old values in the database. Now itis okay and all workflows are working fine Except the one from ERM.
Thanks,
Satyabrat
