How delete or clean the Workflow Task (job id) AUTOMATICALLY?

Hi Experts,

Actually I have a process running automatically with a Workflow that call some Assignment, is a simple workflow and All is fine.

But, the record o history in the Workflow Task (jobs id) in Data Manager are too much records and is not relevant for the business or company.

Somebody know how Can I delete or clean those Workflow Tasks AUTOMATICALLY (in Data Manager)? Without open a Trigger in the MDM Data Base.

Hi,

There is no option to delete workflows automatically as of MDM 7.1 SP04 apart from writing an API...

Sorry.

That functionality not supported in MDM Data Manager.

For hide thats workflows from another users you can create that workflows owner as special user.
