Internet Connection to ESourcing Failing - Wrong Cluster

We are putting in a local E-Sourcing system and have a Web Dispatcher in place to route internet traffic. When we run a test to impersonate a sell-side partner, we are getting through the WD and to the ESO server, but we are unable to log in. The error log in ESO makes it look like we are hitting the wrong ESO Cluster (default versus our created cluster).

Does anyone have suggestions on what we have set incorrectly?

Hi,

could you please check your active sell side directory Configration.

Please check your proxy seetings between WP and ESO server,

Note :

Buy side and sell side URL are different .

Sell-side Directory Configuration seems fine to me (default checked, active, cluster value set right).

As for the Proxy...wouldn't we not even be getting to ESo if this was wrong? We are seeing the access attempt in ESo logs.

using external URL in cluster config instead of the associated internal host value seems to have resolved the issue
