APO offline backup

Hi,

Could someone tell me how I could shut down SCM and live cache automatically (with a script), for an offline backup?

(and the reverse start the DB, LC and SCM after the backup?)

SCM on Windows, and Oracle DB.

Keep in mind that a liveCache/MaxDB doesn't know anything like an "offline backup", so just backing up the files to use them for a recovery is most likely not to work (this is not Oracle).
