Can a supplier contact delegate his responsibilities on a particular RFP?

Hi All,

In E-Sourcing application can a supplier contact delegate his responsibilities on a particular RFP to his/her internal peers?

Like we add users/collaborators on the sourcing document from buy side, can the supplier add users on the document at sell side?

Any inputs are appreciated please.

Hi,

By default both the contacts will be allowed to view the RFX unlike auction( beacuse auction is having feature access type bidder page)

In case the requirment is only one can submit the firm responses, other person is only allowed to prepare the responses then check the scurity profile "change proposal state" is not allowed.

Thank You Mani for the response. But,

According to the business rule, the buyer does not want to add two contacts on the RFP. When the RFP has been published the supplier should be able to delegate the work to his/her peers. Is this possible?

Hi,

Standard behaviour is evem if you add one contact in RFP others contact will also be able to see the RFx.
