Email wont fire if partner functions are shared

I've maintained automatic email functionality. But if the same BP ID is maintained in 2 partner functions, it wont fire.

Anyone know how to 'override' this?

Hi,

Every business partner should be assigned only once - for example if you have assigned the same business partner as reporter and as message processor, action triggering might not work.

Did u tried raising OSS message, check if helps.

Well sometimes my Change Manager is also the Message Processor, at the same time. Email should be fired when their BP is assigned to the Message Processor function.
