I've maintained automatic email functionality. But if the same BP ID is maintained in 2 partner functions, it wont fire.
Anyone know how to 'override' this?
Hi,
Every business partner should be assigned only once - for example if you have assigned the same business partner as reporter and as message processor, action triggering might not work.
Did u tried raising OSS message, check if helps.
