cookie handling in SICF

Hello,

in the note 1257108 " Collective Note: Analyzing issues with Single Sign On (SSO)" i found the following:

Inside the AS ABAP, the Internet Connectivity Framework (ICF) is responsible for cookie handling.

The SAP logon ticket is no exception, so you also need to check the security settings for applications

in transaction SICF. The settings in SICF can be maintained differently for each Web service being offered.

How can I find this cookies in the SICF?

the Service /default_host/sap/bc/echo is active, but i can't find any cookie information?
