Hi,

I am not sure what your exact requirement is. However SAP provides the standard functionality of creating project versions (snap shots) based on the project statuses.

Also you can have the batch job (running after a specific time frame) to create the versions automatically.

I didn't find relevant BAPI or FM. So just post my ideas about this requirement, I think can create your own FM by referring to the logic in program RCNSAVVS if it's a must.

If anyone know SAP standard BAPI or FM on project version creation, please kindly let us konw. Thanks.

I am just created a BDC to create a Version in my report interanally to create a Project Version.

it is simple .
