Hi DMS
I just want to find out if there is a way to identify duplicate DIR's on the system by running some report or something?
Regards
Charity
Hi Charity,
could you please explain in more detail what you mean by duplicate DIRs? Because normally a document info record key is build by the document data fields
- document number
- document type
- document part
- document version
In case you are using internal document number assignment there should be no entries in table DRAW with the same document
number, type, part and version.
Best regards,
Christoph

i have created document info record from cv01n of type 'zhr'
it take 10001 as DIR automatically
how can i create another document info record from cv01n of the type 'inv'
with the same DIR 10001 but with difference document type 'inv'
