Sales Process for Space Rented

Hi All,

We r providing storage space to our customers for their goods. (warehousing business)

We will be charging the customers on the basis of the space booked, occupied & the days for which it is occupied.

Can anybody tell me how to map the same in sap.

I was thinking of Billing plan / contracts but was not able to properly map the scenario..

Hi,

You can use Rental contract in SAP doc type is MV and maintain Periodic billing plan in Doc type.

every month system will generate Billing for Space. It;s purely order releated billing.
