503 Service not available

Hi Everybody,

I have a problem with MSS with a particular User. When the user trying pull certain reports in MSS, he is getting the following error. But rest the users have no issues when they access MSS. I've checked the Roles in Portal & R/3 system and they are fine. Please advise.

Hi Rajesh,

Sorry, i have posted my question wrong. No manager could be able to access MSS / They can't approve the leaves since the connection is missing to the back end. BASIS guys busy creating the connection / Creating the System alias etc.

I am facing the same issue you got earlier. My connector to the backend works fine. What else did the basis guys to solve the issue for you ?
