Automatic goods issue for outbound delivery without picking/packing

Hi,

I have the following flow: sales order -> outbound delivery -> goods issue.

I would like to to be able to post an automatic goods issue on my delivery.

Could someone please let me me know how to perform the customizing for this or give me the reference of the appropriate post which answers this.

Steps involved

1. Go to transaction OVLP-for the particular item category used in delivery, it should be not relevant for picking

2. Go to transaction 0VLP- for the particular item category used in delivery- it should be not relevant for picking

then set a job z- with prgram WS_MONITOR_OUTB_DEL_GDSI to run as if u require with the the relevant info of plant and dates you like to run this result in the Goods issue

Could you please be more specific as steps 1 & 2 seem to be identical.

These both are different- 1 is starting is zero(number 0)- delivery item categories

Select your particular item category for the delivery linke TAN is sap standard for delivery and flag option relevant for picking

2- it is starting with O(alphabet O) - delivery item categories picking

Give a tick on the option for relevant for Picking.

Hi,

Use t-code VL23

select varient SAP & STANDARD >>> Click on START IMMEDIATELY

or else

click on schedule >>> click on schedule periodically >>> select your option as Minute and maintain value 1 or ( 1 to 60 )

it means sytem will run this program after every one minute

Also You can able to create your own varients and speciefy criteris like form which sales orz, which delivery types etc.
