what role is req to import the .tpz file from DEV to QA

Hi Sdners,

I am not able to import the .tpz file in my QA Env from DEV it is saying that I don't have the authorization to do that .

I am trying do it like in this way

tools> import the design object and then only it is saying the no authorization to import the objects.

Can anyone tell me what role is req to import the file.
