CUP - Available Connector

Hi,

I am trying to create a connector in CUP 5.3 and nothing seems to appear under available connectors once I have saved and tested the connection.

- I click on "create connector" and select Connector Type = SAP.

- I then click on the magnifying glass and select one on the connectors listed (the one that corresponds to RAR). This populates most of the required fields in CUP.

- I then fill in the rest of the required fields.

- When I click on Save it says "Action successfull".

- When I click on Test Connection it says "Connection successfull".

However when I go to available connections nothing appears in the list.

Please assist.

Hi Shiyam,

The created connector should come in the available connector list but here make sure to check you need to create the connector in both the components (CUP and RAR) as it don't take the connector detail from other GRC component.

I managed to sort this out. My "message server host" was wrong. I still do not understand why it said "Test Successfull" though. But none the less all is fine now.
