Storage Location

Hi,

We haven't used Storage locatio concepet yet in our SRM system.

Could anyone let me know how we can define this in SRM and where we can do ? And also the use of storage location.

Hello Maron,

You can maintain the storage location in Org Plan using PPOMA_BBP in extended attributes.

Once you select the plant in this Tab Page,the storagelocation will automatically come in.

Thanks for your reply.

I can able to see all the plants at 'Locations' under 'Extended Attributes of the Org. Unit.

But, at storage location under 'Extended Att', none of the entries are coming automatically.

Anything am doing wrong here while selection ?

Please advise.

you have to search w.r.t plant BP and add it sl.

bbp_locmap gives you bp of each plant.

Thanks for replies.

Actually, there were no entries in storage location till now under Extended Attributes.

I went and first selected Source system and next Stor. Loc and then automatically plant number and the storage loc. description are displayed. Is this right ? If so, like which we need to add all the entries manually ?

Cant it be done in one shot automatically through any report or ?

Please advise.
