Workbook upload in Chinese Language

Dear Experts,

We are using the Enterprise workbook to upload data, but we found that when we uploaded an excel containing display names in Chinese, they loaded up on the screen as ???? (question marks). This is perhaps a unicode related issue. But I am not sure whether it can be corrected.

We have the Chinese language pack installed and we are able to enter and save Chinese characters from the UI.

Please let me know if you have faced this problem before or know a solution to this.

SAP has a note on how to load chinese language using CSV.
