Sales Orders - Missing in APO

Dear Expert,

I create Sales order in SAP R/3 and i can't find it in APO , By checking Transaction /SAPAPO/CCR i found Error Message

Error Message code 236, and when i check this order again in SAP R/3 i found it not exist

Hello,

Do you have a VMI scenario?

If so, check if VMI is creating VMI-Sales orders.

Then check if following this path if transfer of VMI Sales orders is activate:

Transaction SPRO: Advanced Planning and Optimization -> Supply Chain Planning -> Supply Network Planning -> Global Settings -> Transfer to OLTP System. Check if 'No Transfer' is used for VMI orders.

Hi Rami,

Try iterating the results displayed after /sapapo/ccr run.

Afterwards, check whether both the inbound and outbound

queues are processed in both the systems (transactions

smq1 and smq2).

This will resolve your issue

i check this two Transaction SMQ1, SMQ2 inbound and outbound queues are processed in both the systems

but my issue is when i check Transaction CCR i found sales orders which not exist in R3

I need to know why those orders deleted ?
