Instance with changed SID starts and then disp+wor...

Hello,

I use ECC 6.0 on Solaris, db is Oracle 10.

I created new SAP system by copying an existing one and changing SID to B28. New system orab28 and b28adm correspond to the new SID. Everything looks fine. "R3trans -d" is working fine. When starting SAP instance, it starts properly but then in about a minute "dw.sapB28_DVEBMGS05" process goes away. Other processes still working. There is no oracleB28 processes as well. I see that my Oracle accounts are still the old ones. Is there a procedure on how to create the new ones in case of system copy to the different SID? Can this be a reason why my instance does not stay up?

CONNECT failed with sql error '1017'

You have a problem with the OPS$ users, the solution to this is in SAP Note 400241
